I Will Not Treat You As Your Sins Deserve!

Read Psalm 103:10-12
Today’s Truth

Americans have an obsession with justice. Think about the number of crime dramas on TV today. You can probably list five without even trying.

Discussion Questions
  • Is guilt or shame keeping you from experiencing the full measure of God’s grace?
  • Is there anything you need to confess and repent of today? As things come to mind, pray and ask for forgiveness.
  • Is there anyone you need to forgive? Ask God to help you forgive the way He forgives you.
Application

God loves justice. It’s the reason He cannot let sin go unpunished. But God is as merciful as He is just and nowhere are those two qualities clearer than the cross where Jesus died. Jesus took the punishment we deserved. As a result, we can confess our sins without fear, knowing God will greet us with mercy, love, and grace.
