Joshua 19 – God Knows Your Place
Read Joshua 19:51
Today’s Truth
In Joshua 19, the remaining tribes of Israel receive their inheritance. Each tribe is assigned a specific portion of the Promised Land by lot, under the guidance of God and in His presence. The process reflects both the faithfulness of God in fulfilling His promises and His intentional design in providing a specific inheritance for each tribe.
This chapter concludes with the allotment of land to Joshua himself (verses 49-50), showing that even leaders must humbly wait their turn and trust in God’s timing. Through it all, we see that God not only fulfills His promises but also ensures that everyone receives what they need.
