Application
Celebrate God’s Faithfulness in the Past: The chapter lists 31 kings defeated under Joshua’s leadership, in addition to those defeated by Moses. Each victory was a testament to God’s power, provision, and faithfulness to His promises.
God Is Faithful to Fulfill His Promises: The victories in Joshua 12 were the fulfillment of God’s promises to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. God was faithful to give Israel the land He had promised, even though it took generations to see it fulfilled.
Every Victory Belongs to the Lord: The Israelites’ victories were not because of their own strength but because of God’s power. He fought for them and gave them the land. Joshua 12 reminds us that every success in our lives is ultimately from God.
