Passage: Isaiah 53:1-12
Summary
We are stating that we believe the innocent was condemned so the guilty could be forgiven. The Judge of all the earth stood silent… so rebels like us could go free. As we open Isaiah 53, we’re going to see this: Jesus didn’t just suffer in history—He suffered for you and me.

- Isaiah 53 repeatedly emphasizes innocence—“he had done no violence.” Why is Jesus’ innocence essential to the gospel?
- Is there an area of your life where you minimize sin or pain that Jesus took seriously at the cross? How does Jesus’ suffering give hope to those who feel unseen, unheard, or unfairly judged?
