Read Isaiah 21:6-7
Today’s Truth

We must be alert, our eyes must be opened and our ears must be very attentive.

 Discussion Questions
  1. How does Satan try to typically distract you? What does it look like for you to be alert to the schemes of the evil one?
  2. Watchman on city walls were the first line of defense in the protection of the city. Who has been a watchman for you? Who have you been a watchman for? Why is it important that watchman are alert?
  3. What does it look like for you to be alert to opportunities that God is placing before you?
Life Application

Be careful, Christian, as you are walking, because unless you are alert, you will miss the opportunities right in front of you to work and invest for the sake of the gospel and the kingdom.
