Nun: Light for the Darkest Days

Read Psalm 119:105-112

Today’s Truth

God’s words provide light when life seems dire and dark. His laws and rules give clear guidance about what to do in any given situation. No matter what happens to us, we have joy because God’s words never steer us in the wrong direction.

Discussion Questions

How does God’s word give us joy even when we’re in a bad situation?
As you pray, tell God about the confusing and unclear things in your life right now. Ask Him to speak to those situations and show you the way. Do you believe that he will do that? Why or why not?

Application

As you read God’s words, may you have the courage to put His words into action and let them illuminate your path. May the word of God provide guidance and clarity, relieving the stress and fear uncertainty brings. May you trust that God knows your situation and anticipated your every need.
