Passage: Hebrews 11:17-19
Summary
God called Abraham to do something that challenged every natural instinct, something that could only be responded to with supernatural faith. It was a test that asked Abraham not just to believe in God's promises, but to act on them in the costliest way imaginable. As we explore this passage today, we will reflect on how Abraham's obedience teaches us what it means to trust God even when the cost is high and the outcomes are unclear. May we be challenged and encouraged by this faithful servant, and may his story inspire us to stand firm when we, too, face our final tests.
