- Look at verse 11... “these words seemed to them an idle tale.” Some translations render this text, “these words seemed like nonsense.” Can you understand how the disciples could feel that way? Explain your answer.
- Peter couldn’t even bring himself to go in. It was like he glimpsed something too good to be true. Is that your feeling of what you think when you consider the resurrection? Explain.
- What was it about the resurrection that seemed too good to be true to you?
