Passage: 2 Timothy 2 Tim. 1:5

Summary

We’re going to talk about A Legacy of Faith. Not a perfect legacy. Not a polished one. But a real one. The kind that is built in the trenches of everyday life. The kind that doesn’t just impact a moment—but echoes into generations.

Sermon Questions
  1. Where is your faith most visible right now—your words, or your daily life?
In light of Paul’s description of “sincere faith,” what would the people closest to you say they actually see in you?

  2. What are you intentionally doing to shape the faith of the next generation—or are you assuming it will happen on its own?
  3. How are you leveraging ordinary, everyday moments as opportunities for discipleship?
What would change if you truly believed that the “small” moments—car rides, meals, conversations—are where legacy is actually built?
  4. Has your faith become personal, or are you still relying on someone else’s relationship with God? Where do you need to move from inherited belief to owned, lived-out trust in Christ?
  5. Are you willing to play the long game of faith—even when you don’t see immediate results? What does it look like for you to remain faithful, prayerful, and steady in this season, trusting God with what you cannot control?
